#What the model reads

Lists the changes you made through the API or MCP, most recently updated first — from any of your keys, or only this one with thisKeyOnly: true, and only in the areas this key can read. Every undoable write names its change id in its result. Filter by tripId and status; pass nextCursor back as cursor for the next page. undo_change reverts one.

Permissions: any valid key.
