# List changes

## What the model reads

Lists the changes you made through the API or MCP, most recently updated first — from any of your keys, or only this one with `thisKeyOnly: true`, and only in the areas this key can read. Every undoable write names its change id in its result. Filter by `tripId` and `status`; pass `nextCursor` back as `cursor` for the next page. undo_change reverts one.

Permissions: any valid key.
