Reject a quote on the customer's behalf
POST/v1/quotes/{quoteId}/reject
Records that the customer declined, as the quote editor's Reject does. When no quote of the trip is left draft, sent or accepted, the trip moves to rechazada. Undo with POST /quotes/{quoteId}/reopen.
